Group Training

Kel offers an 8 week training programme to train in a small group in her studio. The programme consists of 2 one hour sessions per week for 8 weeks. Individual goals are catered to, technique is supervised, nutrition advice provided and progress monitored. Sessions are adapted to different needs & open to all ages & abilities.
