Group Training

Kel offers an 8 week training programme to train in a small group in her studio. The programme consists of 2 one hour sessions per week for 8 weeks. Individual goals are catered to, technique is supervised, nutrition advice provided and progress monitored. Sessions are adapted to different needs & open to all ages & abilities.

Kelfit’s 8 week Group Training
Programme

  • Train in a small group of 4 in Kel’s private studio

  • Your technique will be monitored & individual goals will be met

  • You will train your full body with quality gym equipment in a private environment 

  • Your progress will be monitored at the start & end of your programme (your measurements, body fat % & pictures)

  • Kel will give you tailored macronutrients

  • Kel will be available for any questions you have about training or nutrition 

  • If you ever can’t make a session, Kel will provide you with an alternative workout

  • You will be put into a group chat to help with accountability

  • You will meet likeminded individuals and be part of a vibrant fitness community
